Delicatessen is a haute couture Rosé de Saignée.
From a harvest year, its 50% Pinot Meunier blends with 50% Pinot Noir in an intense copper color. Its aromas of red fruits, blackberries, raspberry combine with subtle notes of mint, spices and citrus. A champagne of character, an elegant delicacy.
